InjectedViewModelLocator error

Jan 9, 2015 at 5:41 AM
The invocation of the constructor on type 'Undo.Locators.InjectedViewModelLocator' that matches the specified binding constraints threw an exception. [Line: 13 Position: 45]

What does this mean?

The program was running fine until I edited one of the views. Haven't changed anything in code as such.

Line 13 in App.xaml is:
<locators:InjectedViewModelLocator x:Key="Locator" />

There is a line in your view which is binding to the a ViewModel on the locator. Check the binding config there. Does your locator have a parameterless ctor?

Hi Tony,

Thanks for the reply. I checked the binding in view and it was OK. I had added reference to the wrong version of the DLL for one of the UI controls. The new control had dependency on the correct version of the existing control. Referenced it to the right one and it is now OK.

Thanks again.
