UPDATE: Generated new installer to correct this error: http://simplemvvmtoolkit.codeplex.com/workitem/1422
.NET Framework 4.5 is required: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653

The following issues have been addressed in this release:

Added support for Silverlight Testing Framework from the Silverlight Toolkit.
Issue 1143 (Discussion 280659): DataContract attribute on ModelBase now includes IsReference = true.
Issue 753: ConvertParameter in GenericDelegateCommand now returns default(T) if parameter is null.
Issue 476 (Discussion 287271): Fixed issue with hash code collisions in ModelExtensions.GetObjectHashCode,
which affected behavior of ViewModelDetailBase.IsDirty.
Issue 712: Corrected 'access to modified closure' issue in MessageBus.
Issue 725: Assemblies are now signed.

All templates and samples have been updated to reference the signed assembly v3.1.0.0.

- If you are using VS 2010, install Simple Mvvm Toolit v3 for VS 2010
2. Uses Portable Class Library
3. Supports Silverlight 5.0 and WPF 4.5

Note: VS 2012 does not support Win Phone 7
- For WP7 development, install Simple Mvvm Toolit v3 for VS 2010

By incorporating Portable Class Library, it will make it easier to add support for other platforms,
such as WinRT and Windows Phone 8. Support for these platforms will be added in a subsequent release.

HOTFIX: Templates and snippets are now installed in the following directory:
Documents\Visual Studio 2012. Also made CLS compliant for VB.NET compatibility.
You can view and change the location of templates by opening Visual Studio, then selecting Tools, Options, Projects and Solutions.
